What equipment do I need?
Each programme can be performed at home or in a gym. Your equipment needs will vary depending on the programme and your preferred environment. Generally, it is helpful to have:

• Dumbbells, kettlebells or similar free weights at a range of sizes that challenge you without compromising form
• A small cardio device, such as a mini stepper or jump rope, for optional conditioning

Do you offer refunds or cancellations?
Because all programmes include immediate digital access, custom planning and personalised support, refunds are not available once you have been onboarded. If unforeseen circumstances arise, you may pause or reschedule your programme one time within a six‑month period at no additional cost.
